Snapshots: Hoi An, Vietnam

The ancient town of Hoi An, Vietnam was a very pleasant surprise from our Vietnam-Cambodia trip. To get there, we took a flight from Ho Chi Minh and arrived at Danang, where it took us about an hour to get to Hoi An by car. The three of us had very fond memories of Hoi An, from the 50's-inspired bikes we rode along its small streets to its amazing cafes and hole-in-the-wall shops that sold anything and everything. I will write a more detailed post about Hoi An soon, you can be sure of it!

Hello! We took a Vietnam Airlines flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Danang, where we were picked up by the hotel service and driven to Hoi An. The drive took about an hour. I'm currently working on my post about Hoi An, which I will be posting over the weekend. Hope it will be helpful to you as you plan your own trip to Hoi An, it is a lovely, charming little place and I too can't wait to go back :)

Hi! My friends and I just came from Hanoi and Halong Bay. We had fun in our trip. I want to come back to Vietnam and see other tourist sites. Thank you for your blog about Hoi An. I will include it in my next itinerary

Glad you enjoyed Vietnam! Do visit Hoi An, and if you like it, travel to Luang Prabang too - they're both lovely places!
